Our story
Girls That ADHD is a podcast for women and gender-diverse individuals navigating life with ADHD, hosted by Sayaka Sayeed and Anushka Phal. With lived experience, experience as therapists, warmth, and humor, we share our journeys as neurodivergent women while fostering a supportive community for listeners.
Our podcast dives into the unique challenges and joys of living with ADHD, offering practical tips, expert insights, and honest conversations about everything from relationships to productivity struggles. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply curious, Girls That ADHD is your go-to space to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Beyond our podcast, we extend a range of services to support individuals in thriving within a world of majority neurotypical rules and systems such as neurodivergent-friendly individual and couples therapy, ADHD management workshops, ADHD webinars and toolkits, ADHD assessments and training for mental health practitioners on how to get the best outcome for their ADHD clients.
